From a very young age I had the vocation to help others and dedicate myself to psychology and health. I am driven by a deep curiosity to learn and understand the mind and how it works. To know human nature, the emotional world and how we relate to others and ourselves. Learning and studying has been a constant, to give the best in working with others.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

My mission is to accompany people on their path of recovery to health in both psychological processes and chronic diseases. So that they can develop their full potential, heal emotional pain and live a full life.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

I personally lived through a process of illness due to a neurotoxin intoxication on a work trip to South Africa in 2008. Without health we are nothing. The disease changed my life radically affecting my central nervous system. <\/p>\n

As Thich Nath Ham says \u201cNo mud no lotus\u201d, and this profoundly transforming experience led me to go through difficult times emotionally and psychologically, besides having to overcome a difficult challenge to recover the central nervous system had suffered as a result of the disease.<\/p>\n

Fortunately, neuroplasticity techniques such as reeducation of the amygdala and insula, meditation and therapy helped to recover my health and return to live a full life, full of meaning. No mud no lotus. For more than 14 years I have been dedicating myself to the practical help to my patients.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
